Of course. Our wands are as real as real can be. Whether they perform magic, that is up to you.

That will depend on the wand. Most of our wands are entirely wooden, but we do have some wands that have added materials.

Most of our wands do not have an added physical core, but we do assign each wand a core based on what we feel will make the wand whole. We do have an option to add a removable core though where you can see and touch the core.

At this time we are not accepting custom order requests. Our current focus is on sharing our personal wand creations.

We have created many replicas in the past, but we are currently not taking orders for replica wands.

If you would like to inquire about a bulk order, send us a message. We have done bulk orders in the past, and we do adjust for bulk pricing depending on the quantity.

The processing time varies throughout the year and on the type of wand. Our ready to ship wands are ususally shipped within 3-5 business days. Any custom orders will be much longer with the processing time for most wands between 6-12 weeks. Why so long? Well, we are a two person team, but Isaac is really the only full time wand maker. Each wand is individually crafted, and he takes care to make sure each wand receives attention to detail. Although most wands only take a few hours to create from start to finish, we typically have a high queue of orders, which means that we are finishing up orders earlier in the queue. If you need it by a certain date, please let us know ahead of time.

Most definitely! The average shipping cost ranges from $14USD-$23USD. Most orders to Canada and the UK take 3-4 weeks to deliver. Other countries can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks for delivery. **International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from Osborne's only includes the cost of your items and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be taken care of by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information.**

Wizard/Witch satisfaction is extremely important to us. As a general rule, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means if you aren't satisfied, we will work with you to create that satisfaction. Most of the time any issues can be resolved with an exchange or refund. When an exchange or refund is offered the product must be returned within 14 days. Due to the nature of our products, occasionally there will be a circumstance where products can't be put back into stock or similar, which can cause our policy to be altered. A restocking fee may be charged in rare circumstances.
